This makes yoga a great outlet for managing stress and coping with modern-day life.
Our yoga classes are hatha, vinyasa and yin-inspired and I encourage a culture of non-judgement and zero ego. There’s nothing worse than walking into a stuffy yoga studio and feeling like you’re being judged so you won’t find any of this in my classes! If you’re a beginner, it’s no problem as most of my classes are mixed ability. This means lots of options are offered throughout the class so you can work within your limitations, do what you can and make the class your own.
I teach a variety of member-only classes in gyms throughout the Swindon area (see our timetable for current classes) but if you don’t want to join a gym, I also run pay-as-you-go yoga classes in North Swindon. No memberships and no hassle – just book your yoga class, pay and enjoy.
